  1. The web client has a link in the top right corner for a 'Message Log' in which you can find the details of exceptions.
  2. The data database has a table QT_QUERY_MASTER that contains the queries that i2b2 creates and runs. The QUERY_MASTER_ID is referred to in the above Message Log.
