1. The web client has a link in the top right corner for a 'Message Log' in which you can find the details of exceptions.
1. The data database has a table {{{QT_QUERY_MASTER}}} that contains the queries that i2b2 creates and runs.  The {{{QUERY_MASTER_ID}}} is referred to in the above Message Log.
