UHL IM&T How To Request Shared Email Account

- Go to https://iamweb.xuhl-tr.nhs.uk/
- Select the
Staff Request Forms
option. - Select
Request Network Resources
- Enter the name of your line manager or sponsor.
- Select the appropriate option in step 2
- Click
Submit
- Choose the option
Apply for shared mail accounts
- Fill in the mailbox name you want to use.
- If you are applying for access to an existing mailbox, enter then name of someone who already has access. Otherwise, leave the
Name a person with access
field blank - Click
Request
button - Click the
Click Here
button at the bottom.
