UHL IM&T HowTo Request Shared Email Account

  1. Go to
  2. Select the Staff Request Forms option.
  3. Select Request Network Resources
  4. Enter the name of your line manager or sponsor.
  5. Select the appropriate option in step 2
  6. Click Submit
  7. Choose the option Apply for shared mail accounts
  8. Fill in the mailbox name you want to use.
  9. If you are applying for access to an existing mailbox, enter then name of someone who already has access. Otherwise, leave the Name a person with access field blank
  10. Click Request button
  11. Click the Click Here button at the bottom.
