RedCap to i2b2
The process to import data from RedCap into i2b2 has two steps:
- Run a curl command to post a request to the RedCap API to return the data and save it as a CSV file. This requires an API key.
- Run the i2b2 Mapped Importer to import the CSV file into i2b2.
