OpenSpecimen HowTo Import Bulk Data

Overview

  1. From within Collection Protocol screen, select import menu.
  2. From there you can select to import specimens, derivatives, aliquots, etc.
  3. From the upload screen you can download a CSV template to populate with data.
  4. Once the data has been populated, you can upload the file for processing.
  5. If one or more samples fail, you can download the failures that should contain a reason for the failure.
