To Extract the Data

1. Log into the BRICCS database on the UHLDWH server.
2. Run the stored procedure Graphic2_RecreatePathologyFull. This will recreate the export table by copying data from the pathology data warehouse. It runs the other Graphic2... stored procedures in the correct order.
3. The export data is then found in the table Graphic2_PathologyFull
