Participants will be allocated a two-digit RIAS number Use 'last name' as RIAS01 etc Protocol Participant ID as '01' etc

Simplified protocol in caTissue, primary samples being designated as 'plasma' although blood is being drawn to derive plasma.

Visit 1

Primary sample in EDTA tube: label 01-01 Plasma. Two 1ml aliquots taken and frozen: 2d barcodes

Primary sample in EDTA tube 01-03 Plasma. Two 1ml aliquots taken and frozen: 2d barcodes

Visit 4

Primary sample in EDTA tube 01-04 Plasma. Two 1ml aliquots taken and frozen: 2d barcodes.

Storage locations

Each visit generates 2 samples - one in each freezer. Boxes to be restricted to the Ranolazine protocol. Locations: 3/D22/1/x and 4/D22/1/x
