Participants will be allocated a two-digit RIAS number Use 'last name' as RIAS01 etc Protocol Participant ID as '01' etc

Visit 1

Primary sample in EDTA tube: label 01-01-A Plasma derived: label 01-01-B Two 1ml aliquots taken and frozen: 2d barcodes

Primary sample in EDTA tube 01-03-A Plasma derived 01-03-B Two 1ml aliquots taken and frozen: 2d barcodes

Visit 4

Primary sample in EDTA tube 01-04-A Plasma derived 01-04-B Two 1ml aliquots taken and frozen: 2d barcodes.

Storage locations

Each visit generates 2 samples - one in each freezer. Boxes to be restricted to the Ranolazine protocol. Locations: 3/D22/1/x and 4/D22/1/x
