GENVASC

GENVASC is a primary-care recruited cohort for identifying new factors in cardiovascular risk calculations.

GENVASC uses several of the LCBRU IT platform components, including:

CiviCRM: Use case description for Genvasc - to monitor recruitment and ensure compensation payments are made to recruiting GP practices.
CaTissue: GENVASC Collection Protocol for CaTissue - to manage specimen collection and inventory.
i2b2: NOT YET DEPLOYED - to manage clinical data, mostly obtained from primary care, via a mechanism to be agreed.
Drupal module: genvasc_labels for label printing, part of the LCBRU portal.
