Request Folder

Process

A folder should be created for each request (named "{Request Number} {Short Description}" )

The request folder should contain:

• A requirements document, containing:
  • The request TRAC ticket number
  • When the request was made
  • Who requested the data
  • When approval for the extract was given by Professor Samani
  • The requirements for the extract
  • The spreadsheet password
  • Amendments to the requirements for additional extracts
• A folder for each extract (named "Extract {Extract_Number} - {Date of extract 'YYYYMMDD'}" ) that is sent to the requester. This should contain:
  • A file containing the query
  • The results spreadsheet
