== Proposed Solution

1. Create a job that is run regularly with `cron` on [[Spectre]]
2. The job creates an SSH tunnel to run a mysqldump and put the file on the scratch directory
3. Zip up the backup and put it on the R drive `/rfs/LCBRU`
