Allocating a new virtual machine is quick and easy and typically takes less than 30 seconds.

They offer a range of initial VM sizes from 256Mbytes to 15Gbytes and you can resize a machine whenever you need to from the web based control panel.

Changing the memory size of a live VM takes about 2 minutes to make a snapshot of the current system and then reboot it.
