1. Ask the external site for their IP Address reange as seen from N3.  For clarification send them a link to the N3 [[http://n3.nhs.uk/technicalinformation/N3IPnetworkaddressing.cfm|N3 IP Network Addressing page]]
2. Send a request to UHL IM&T to ask them to allow access to the IP addresses for the REDCap external server.
