The Open SPecimen directory (`/local/os_v20`) contains two directories: `app` and `installable`.
- The `app` directory contains the tomcat, the Open Specimen application, the Leicester bespoke plugin (in the `plugin-dir` directory) and the config.
- The `installable` directory contains the files used to install Open Specimen, including the zipped and unzipped release package, and the Leicester bespoke plugin.
