== Procedure

1. New fields are added in the database.
2. The procedure is specified in the {{{edit_entry.php}}} file in the [[MRBS]] directory.
3. An entry then has to be added to the {{{vocab}}} array in the {{{lang.en}}} file in the [[MRBS]] directory.
