== Expression of interest forms

Interested participants can submit a form declaring an expression of interest in assisting with the SCAD study. These contact details will be used to create a CiviCRM record and to send survey invitations via REDCap Live.

To download a list of contacts -
- Login
- Go to Content tab
- Go to Webforms tab
- Select 'SCAD UK & Europe research portal - expression of interest' and the download option.
