GENVASC is a primary-care recruited cohort for identifying new factors in cardiovascular risk calculations.

GENVASC uses several of the LCBRU IT platform components, including:

i2b2: NOT YET DEPLOYED - to manage clinical data, mostly obtained from primary care, via a mechanism to be agreed.[[BR]]

Drupal module: [[ice_messaging]] for viewing and processing incoming ICE messages for GENVASC samples, part of the LCBRU portal.[[BR]]
