= Drupal Gotchas CSS not displaying over HTTPS

== Problem

When viewing a Drupal site over HTTPS, the CSS and JavaScript do not load

== Solution

1. Edit the file `{Drupal Home}/sites/default/settings.php`
2. Either create or amend the setting `$base_url` to be the HTTPS base URL for the site.  For example `https://www.example.com`
