== Required reports

- Check that correctly formatted BSa numbers have been entered for all required samples or reasons for incomplete or no samples taken. REDcap & ONYX
- Check that GENECAST have AS as a primary or secondary diagnosis in REDCap & ONYX
- Reconcile the Study IDs of all participants in CaTissue with those in CiviCRM to check that all samples have enrolments and all enrolments have samples.
